The Ramadan Iftar Dinner Buffet here serves a medley of halal-certified dishes alongside live stations, featuring regional and Middle Eastern favourites. The first Muslim-owned Izakaya in Singapore, this restaurant aims to provide a unique dining experience through a family-orientated atmosphere with an authentic Japanese feel. For Ramadan, they'll be serving a special buffet menu from 7-9pm (reservations required), then the regular a la carte menu from 9pm (walk-ins welcome). The buffet menu changes daily, depending on product availability but you'll be able to sample dishes such as Miso Soup (with beancurd and seaweed), Chicken Tofu Salad (grilled chicken with sesame dressing), Zaru Udon (cold wheat noodle), Tori Karaage (deep-fried chicken cubes) and Gyuniku Nitsuke (simmered beef short ribs).

This hotel has introduced a halal pop-up buffet restaurant specially for Ramadan, with over 90 dishes and six live stations. Break your fast with some some light bites at the Malay salad corner or the Singapore rojak station. Chef's specialities for your main course include Ayam Masak Merah, Nasi Goreng Kampung, as well as Chicken and Lamb Satay with Peanut Sauce. There's also a live station where you can watch chefs whip up bowls of Penang Ayam Laksa or meatier offerings like Whole Baby Lamb and Ayam Percik with Spicy Sambal. There are cuisines from all over the world – Indian, Japanese, Chinese, Moroccan and Western, to name a few – and you can take your time to sample them all.
