I just got a commission dealie yesterday from my fabulous friend Rena. It’s an old black and white photo of her Grandfather. I’m in the middle of it right now and it’s not really ready for update photos. Kind of unexciting as of today. It’s small so I’m going to have it hopefully done by Monday though so stay tuned for that. In the meantime, check out Rena’s photos here…

Oh, P.S. the liniment I bought isn’t that great for bone bruises and striking injuries, but it’s gold for sore overworked muscles. I couldn’t even lift my arms overhead due to the pulling I’ve been doing (oh get your mind out of the gutter) but today after applying Zheng Gu Shui to my lats I was doing clean and presses with a 56 pound kettlebell like a champion. Course I probably won’t be able to wipe my own ass tomorrow, but whatever. I still have a near full bottle of liniment. I’ll keep it next to the can.
