Cheryl Wee gave birth after her omakase date night with husband Roy Fong

Congrats are in order for actress-singer, socialite, and entrepreneur Cheryl Wee and her husband Roy Fong, who have welcomed their third child.

According to the founder of Cheryl W Wellness & Weight Management, what was originally a date night at omakase sushi restaurant Sushi Masaaki on Oct 22 (Fri) was made all the more memorable with the birth of her daughter following right after.

Even before the meal, Cheryl started getting contractions, but the pair managed to go ahead with dinner. Although soon after, she began to go into labour.

On his own Instagram account, Roy shared, “We postponed this meal at Masaaki since May; before we went for dinner @weecheryl started to have contractions and I thought we’d had to cancel this dinner again. But it seemed like our baby 3 really wanted to have this meal before meeting us today! Indeed a memorable meal!!”

The pair are also parents to Marc, three, and Emma, who recently celebrated her second birthday.
