American pop star Conan Gray was recently spotted shopping at two local second-hand apparel stores, Un.Wastelands and The Cartel’s Vintage Store, in the vicinity of Haji Lane. The 25-year-old held his solo concert at the Singapore Indoor Stadium on Sept 1.

Both stores are known for selling trendy, pre-loved clothes and accessories.

Un.Wastelands posted a video on TikTok on Sept 1 of the Heather (2020) singer, sporting his signature curly, shoulder-length hair, browsing. It was captioned: “How many aura points do we get for having Conan Gray in (the) store?”

The video also showed a small box that Gray had signed for a staff member.

In response to questions in the comment section, the store said the singer-songwriter bought a belt and button-up shirt.

The Cartel’s Vintage Store posted CCTV footage of Gray’s visit on Aug 31, in which he could be seen browsing the racks with a friend.

The singer is currently taking his Found Heaven tour across Asia. After Singapore, he will travel to cities like Bangkok, Seoul and Tokyo before returning to North America.

The Texas-raised star posted a video on TikTok of himself trying some snacks he received while in Singapore.

He called the dry noodle snack Mamee Monster “delectable” and gave it a rating of 100 out of 10.

Gray was seemingly blown away by how good Cheezels Cheese Rings tasted, and exclaimed: “Oh my god, I need to tell someone about this.” He gave the snack a rating of 1,000 out of 10.

He recommended both snacks to fans of his who are coming to Singapore and have “the palette of a Texan”.
