Danzig Redo
I put the old background to the Glenn Danzig painting up a while back and soon after that I tackled the portrait itself. The result after the first round was a terrible ghost-like outline of Glenn Danzig nearly fellating a microphone during one of his trademark “WHHOAAAAOOOS”. I let it sit for a few days and decided there was no choice but to gesso the canvas again and start anew. Here’s the new background…
