Ever found yourself looking at someone's face and wondering about the stories it holds? 

Face reading, rooted in ancient practices like physiognomy, dates back to the 5th century BC in Athens and spans ancient Greece and China. While facing periods of acceptance and rejection in the West, it thrived as an integral part of tradition in the East, particularly in China, starting around 3,000 years ago.

"In face reading, we don't read only one part of our face to determine a person's luck or character. We need to read as a whole. Different parts of our face symbolise different aspects of a person's luck or fortune,” says Master Alex Low, founder of The Meta Services, a Chinese Metaphysics consultant with over 14 years of experience.

According to him, changes in facial appearance over time, such as ageing, can indeed alter face reading interpretations. "To enhance lucky facial attributes, consider caring for your skin with regular facials, suitable skincare products, and exercises to boost blood flow and radiance.”

Master Alex emphasises that while appropriate makeup and grooming can boost confidence, altering your appearance through plastic surgery or makeup doesn't fundamentally transform your personality or destiny. He notes that it merely influences how others respond or react to you, and in turn, your character may evolve based on these new reactions and responses.

It can also be a tool for self-reflection, understanding, and being more aware of each person's unique qualities. Master Alex highlights that face reading isn't just about predicting the future but also understanding the present.
