From snagging travel and food deals to grooving at an international gig, there is plenty to discover at Singapore EXPO today.

Beyond the tech fairs it’s known for, the venue is now a host to multiple lifestyle and entertainment options under one roof, from its 800-seater food court buzzing with live weekend performances to concerts by K-Pop stars Taemin and Highlight, and R&B sensation Akon. Singapore EXPO is set to enhance these offerings, strengthening its new positioning as a “playground of possibilities” to mark its 25th anniversary this year.

From immersive art exhibitions to food festivals, here’s what should be on your radar in the coming months.

Immersive, playful experiences

Fancy a family bonding activity or a weekend out with friends? Head over to Bubble Planet. The international exhibition, which made waves in Milan and London, is famous for its pink-washed ball pit, but there is more.

Across its 10 themed rooms, visitors can lose themselves in a dreamlike wonderland with dazzling lasers, virtual reality experiences and 360-degree projections.

Little thrill-seekers can test their racing skills at KF1 Kiddy Circuit for a fun weekend activity. As kids race around the track, a 30m interactive projection wall transforms each lap into an immersive adventure.

Rest assured, safety comes first – the track features water-filled barriers to absorb impact, while the child-friendly go-karts are capped at a speed of 8km/hr.

Both attractions will run at Singapore EXPO till Mar 30, 2025.

A hub of entertainment and creativity

Fresh off November’s shows by Taemin, Akon and the Philippines’ Eraserheads – the venue is already gearing up for more international acts this month.

Adding to the calendar is Konsert Galau in early 2025, where top artists from Indonesia and Malaysia come together for an evening of romantic ballads.

Beyond these upcoming gigs, you can look forward to the popular Artbox in Jan 2025, which returns to be bigger and bolder. It is set to expand 40 per cent from its 2024 edition to feature over 600 vendors from across Asia. With 90 food and beverage stalls and 196 retail booths, visitors can expect a vibrant mix of regional cuisine and unique finds from Singapore, Thailand, South Korea, Hong Kong and Malaysia.

Singapore’s largest street culture convention, Culture Cartel, will also take place in 2025. Over 200 brands will showcase the best in urban lifestyle – from art and fashion to tattoos and toys.
