Roseanne Park Chae Young (who goes by Rosé) may be surrounded by glitz and glamour now but the 25-year-old idol was, in fact, brought up in a rural neighbourhood before she hit the big time.
Born in Auckland, New Zealand, the K-pop star moved to Melbourne, Australia and grew up in the suburban area before her dad signed her up for the 2012 YG Entertainment Audition in Sydney. But it was only in 2016 did she make her on-stage debut and Roseanne officially became Rosé, the main vocalist and lead dancer of the girl group, Blackpink. Rosé has since dipped her toes to being a solo performer with her debut album R (2021) with the lead single On The Ground.
Her style know-how is more than on par with her extraordinary voice and impressive dance moves. Take away a #stylehack or two from the looks!
On rainy days or in frigid office spaces, keep warm and stylish with a monochromatic jumper and trousers combination.
Stylish, versatile and effortless, a good coat is something that should be part of your winter essentials wardrobe. Rosé’s camel-coloured wool coat is her go-to piece for cold climes, and it should be yours too.
This black and white bow outfit accentuates Rosé's sweet and feminine image without being overly girly.
Co-ords take the guesswork out of styling to give you a polished look. You can also take the pieces apart and wear them with other outfits.
Grey is not a colour people often wear, but take a look at how polished Rosé looks with the matching sleeveless turtleneck top and wide-legged trousers.
A suit set doesn't always need a sharp shirt. Take a cue from Rosé and swap the shirt for a cropped top or bralette for a business-casual-meets-sexy ensemble for the weekends.
A double denim look isn't intimidating to pull off. Just take a leaf out of Rosé's book and pair a lighter wash with a darker wash for a contrasted look. Don't be afraid to play with textures such as shearling trims and distressed details as well.
Rosé is 1.68 metres tall, and her choice of high-waisted trousers make her look extra leggy and statuesque.
Despite wearing an LBD with a rather simple silhouette, Rosé amps up the style factor by pulling focus with a gold chunky choker necklace. The key focus? Accessories.
Going on a staycay or onboard a cruise ship? Draw inspiration from Rosé's green tube dress and square toe heels outfit.
Florals can be outstanding when you pick a dress with unique details, ranging from the sweetheart neckline to the thigh-high slit like Rosé.

An accessory like a beret can do wonders for your outfit. Not only is it très chic but it's also a great way to accessorise any look without doing too much. Besides, it also hides messy hair that you can't be bothered to style.
Keep your top cropped and pair your ensemble with stylish kicks, and heaps of attitude.
Juxtaposing her soft features with a boyish ensemble, this look emanates the tomgirl spirit. We adore.
A white off-the-shoulder mini dress really sets off her long, dusty pink tresses. Don’t have a bold colour like her? Wear some drop earrings of the same shade, add a cutesy crossbody bag and some sandals to complete the look.
Layering different fabrics together is one way you can add depth and appeal to your ensemble. We love how Rosé created this striking contrast. Carry a statement purse for extra sass.
Rosé’s emerald green brocade dress was a great #OOTD that spelled full-on class. Keep your accessories muted to let this shine.
It’s a common misconception that metallics aren’t suited for the day. But pair a gold foil skirt with a bodysuit and chelsea boots for a versatile outfit that can take you from business meeting to happy hour.
There are two things here which have been all the rage: sheer organza tops and this sweet lilac hue. We love how she layered a black bralette under for a fun, flirty look.
By adding glitter lashes and rocking rose gold locks, Rosé’s take on preppy is less proper and more party.
There’s nothing like mastering the casual chic look of a model running between castings or having just finished a show. And Rosé has got it covered with this simple getup: black cap, black bralette, and medium-wash denim jeans.
