Flow Pilates by Lab Studios

Best known for its signature Reformer Pilates workout, Kuala Lumpur’s The Flow Studio has teamed up with local fitness collective Lab Studios to open a reformer-only studio in Joo Chiat with daily classes taught by certified instructors.
