On the tracks

Here are the photos I promised you last week before my family crisis.

A little refresher for the non-daily readers; over a month ago I drove over a bridge that spanned a big tangle of railroad tracks leading South into Charlotte’s belt line. I made a mental note to get a photo of that scene when the time was right. Weeks later I drove my truck up there when the sky was cool looking and stood on the sidewalk, pressed my camera through the chain link fence and got some cool shots.

The canvas I got here is 6′ by 3′, just a foot smaller than the huge Fort Point painting I did last year.

Check it out.

    Hi Matt,

Looks good! Don’t forget to send me a pic of your fenway painting. I start a new “gig” today. Love the 80’s pic; I have that one too. Those were some wonderful years. See you in May!
