Following the recent opening of SUSHISAMBA Singapore, the highly anticipated SAMBAROOM is now open to guests who want to sip, savour and samba in the sky, amidst panoramic cityscapes and glistening sea views from the 52nd floor of Capital Tower. Nestled atop SUSHISAMBA’s upper mezzanine, the luxe hideaway features an impressive 3D-printed bamboo vaulted ceiling and a lush green wall, accented by bold red furnishings and a sleek, gilded bar counter. Tucked away from the main dining area, you can even book an intimate space for parties, corporate events and private functions, with a seating capacity of up to 45 guests and a standing capacity of approximately 100 guests.

The SAMBAROOM will open in the evenings from Thursday to Saturday. Enlivening the space with the irresistible spirit of samba, the SAMBAROOM comes alive with sultry Afro-Latin and Brazilian beats played by a resident DJ, coupled with live music by a percussionist, trumpeter, or saxophonist each night. In October, nightlife revellers can look forward to the launch of its signature ‘Casa de SAMBA’ party night on Saturdays, with lively dancers setting the room ablaze with their rhythmic moves.

Guests may enjoy elevated cocktail experiences exclusive to the SAMBAROOM, complemented by a curated variety of SUSHISAMBA’s most popular small plates, including its anticuchos, SAMBA rolls and crispy taquitos.

Created by famed Italian beverage consultant, Giancarlo Mancino, the SAMBAROOM’s signature cocktails are made with premium spirits from Japan and South America, as well as Mancino’s bespoke liquors. These exquisitely crafted tipples capture the dynamic energy, artistry and cultures of Japan, Brazil and Peru, with highlights such as: Origata, a sophisticated mix of Rinomato Aperitivo Deciso, Umeshu Reduction, melon, and sparkling sake; Rikishi, a bold Japanese-inspired blend of Nikka Days Whisky, yuzu, orgeat, Pedro Ximénez, and Abbotts Bitter; and Amazónico, a refreshing blend of Germana Umburana Cachaça, passionfruit, Amaretto Adriatico, vanilla, and prosecco, reflecting Brazil’s vibrant spirit.
