Our week just got a whole lot better now that Stray Kids’ Hyunjin has been announced as a Cartier brand ambassador. Of course, the K-pop star rocked the Maison’s Trinity, Love and Panthère collections effortlessly in the official images—but what else can we expect from this new partnership?

“I’m so proud to become part of the Cartier family as a brand ambassador. It is an incredible honour to join them in this journey, as we continue to inspire and challenge the boundaries of beauty and creativity together,” said Hyunjin.

This announcement is undoubtedly exciting but many eagle-eyed Stray Kids fans, also known as STAYs, had already been speculating this news for months as Hyunjin had posted several pictures on Instagram wearing jewellery and watches by the Maison.

His collection includes a diamond and onyx-paved Panthère ring; rose gold, diamond and onyx Clash de Cartier earrings; and several timepieces such as the Santos-Dumont and Tank Must watches with red and black lacquered dials.

As a new ambassador and a fan of Cartier, we are bound to see him front a campaign or two, just like fellow brand ambassadors like BLACKPINK’s Jisoo, BTS’ V and Jackson Wang.

Hyunjin has proven to be a powerhouse performer along with his bandmates, captivating audiences worldwide. But off-stage, the suave star has solidified himself as a style icon, earning his spot as Versace’s global brand ambassador and a front-row seat at the house’s fashion shows.

Likewise, as an ambassador for Cartier, Hyunjin will likely attend future Cartier events, similar to the recent Trinity 100 Pop-up in Singapore that took place last July where Jisoo, Wang and Jeff Satur made an appearance.

While Hyunjin’s next step as a Cartier ambassador is much anticipated, we have no qualms about waiting for more incredible visuals. Watch this space for more on this well-deserved partnership.
