After performances in Los Angeles, Hong Kong and Shanghai, the world tour of “On the Wings of Hermès” lands in Singapore from 19th to 28th July.

Created for the house by the Belgian duo of director Jaco Van Dormael and choreographer Michèle Anne De Mey, together with the Astragales dance company, “On the Wings of Hermès” is a magical and immersive experience that combines dance, object theatre, music, and cinema.

In the darkness of a vast space that resembles a film studio, visitors will be treated to a series of performances, where they’ll discover the fable of Pegasus, the mythical winged horse, and his seven foals. Witness the landscapes and utopic worlds where poetic figurines and Hermès objects come alive like graceful puppets in a choreography of twirling hands. Think — a mini circus; a humorous opera sung by a cast of Hermès “Kelly” bags; a lyrical flight of interlacing gloves; a dance sequence depicting two entwined lovers carried away by the wind into a bright blue sky.

Admission to the event is free and visitors can book their visit online at hermes.com.
