Curated by Executive Chef Andrea De Paola, Italian restaurant, Griglia, has just refreshed its menu with some mouthwatering Italian dishes. Here, the custom-made charcoal grill takes centre stage in the open kitchen – where most of the main courses expertly seared to perfection atop the natural heat.
Infused with the unique charm of grigliata, some of the dishes that you can expect from the new menu include the Eggplant layered with Roma tomatoes and Ligurian Basil – an unassuming dish, injected with a unique and smoky flavour; Charcoal Grilled Fusilli with freshly-grilled octopus and a ‘Nduja (spiced salami) dressing that has a real kick to it; Grilled Bone Marrow with a layer of parmesan crust, that's paired with radish and salsa verde crostini; and the savoury Florentine style steak dry-aged for 30 days, that's tenderly cooked over the open fire grill.
For desserts, if you prefer something that's not too sweet, we recommend going for the Cappuccinomisu. The classic tiramisu is infused with buffalo mascarpone and port wine, topped off with a fluffy cappuccino foam. Alternatively, you can also try the Capri in a cake, a naturally gluten-free, soft, Italian sweet cake with an intense lemon curd, topped with a cold, creamy vanilla gelato that sits delicately on the side.
Griglia is located at 37 Craig Rd, #01-01, Singapore 089675

While you watch the sunset over the horizon, you can also pair your hand rolls with some amazing tipples like the elderflower lychee sangria or Kyoho grape sangria.
