Things to do in Singapore this weekend: 17 to 19 May

Parties don’t always have to revolve around late nights and booze. This time, Immersion, is taking things up a notch and elevating your party experience with a social “wellness” party that’s set to start the good vibes going as early as 10am. The new party series by Yes You's Nick Levanic and Wild Pearl's Chris Shearmon and Andy Lines is focused on bringing together dance, movement and creativity to set the conditions for peak experiences.

Happening at Rumours Beach Club this Saturday, 18 May, the event will see a slew of activities including cold plunges and classes with Yoga Movement, as well as workshops with performing arts troupe Circus of Altrades. Partygoers can also expect to see an exciting lineup of DJs including DJ Leland and more to be announced, all while sipping on some Boujee Botanicals concoctions, which are sugar-free, caffeine-free and packed with organic herbs and spices and the highest quality adaptogenic mushrooms.

Trifecta is back for the second edition of Backyard Sessions. Get ready for an unforgettable evening of intimate live music performances right in the heart of the skate bowl. Serving as a platform for local musicians to showcase their talent and creativity, this Saturday, you can expect captivating actslike Charlie Lim, Shye, Tengy, Regina Song, and CULTURE.

In celebration of New Balance’s storied running culture and iconic grey palette, the brand has just unveiled its annual Grey Days pop-up located at ION Orchard (Basement 4) which will be open to the public from now till Friday, 17 May. As part of the ongoing event, you can expect to have a first look at some of the key highlights from the Grey Days collection including popular models like the 327, 574 and 550.

Korio sandwich and doughnut shop might have closed its doors last December, but it is making a triumphant return with an exclusive pop-up collaboration with Zouk Group. From 16 May 16 to 8 June 8, you can get your hands on your favourite dishes from Korio at Here Kitty Kitty. Helmed by Zouk Group's Chief Culinary Officer, Chef Lorenz Hoja, the pop-up will offer a specially curated menu blending Korio’s signature flavours with Chef Lorenz’s culinary expertise. Enjoy a mouthwatering selection of explosive starter sandwiches, hearty main sandwiches, and delectable sweet treats.
