New Balance 740 & 1000 Pop-up: A Nostalgic Newsstand Experience (27 February to 3 March)

Geylang Serai Ramadan Bazaar (26 February to 31 March)

Ramadan in Singapore kicks off this Sunday, 2 March, and with it, the return of Geylang Serai’s iconic Ramadan Bazaar. This year, just like last, the vibrant event will feature over 500 stalls offering a mix of unique finds and festive treats. If you’re craving something to satisfy those hunger pangs, you’ll be spoilt for choice with more than 150 food and drink stalls, serving up both traditional favourites and exciting modern twists.

POP MART CRYBABY Inflatable Surprise (17 February to 14 March)

Can’t get enough of your favourite POP MART figurines? You’re in luck. Happening across the different CapitaLand malls, fans can snap pictures of their favourite giant inflatables from the latest CRYBABY Crying for Love series, at malls like  Plaza Singapura (Stupid Cupid, from 17 February – 14 March), CQ @ Clarke Quay (Kiss Kiss Angel version, from 17 – 28 February), and Bugis Junction (Kiss Kiss Angel version, from 1 – 14 March). Smoke & Mirrors’ last hurrah (15 February to 15 March)

Get ready for a bittersweet farewell to Smoke & Mirrors, the rooftop cocktail haven atop National Gallery Singapore, as they prepare to relocate. From February to March 2025, they’re going all out with a series of unforgettable celebrations and exclusive cocktails to mark the end of an era at this iconic spot.

From 14 to 28 February, sip on four unique Hendrick’s LOVE cocktails, each crafted to capture the essence of the season. Then, from 19 February to 2 March, raise a glass to Margarita Day with three special Código cocktails that’ll have you toasting in style.

But that’s not all—look out for guest shifts from MQ Marquee Taipei (23 February) and Numero Quattro Bali (3 March), bringing their own flair to the bar.

The wait is finally over. Illumination’s Minion Land has just opened its doors at Universal Studios Singapore! Here, guests can try their hands at the different carnival games at Ba-Na-Na CaBaNa! and Space Killer, meet and greet the beloved characters from Despicable Me, and soar through the sky on rides like Silly Swirly and Despicable Me Minion Mayhem. #My1stPapTest Cervical Cancer Screening (20 January to 15 March)

When was the last time you had a pap smear? If you can’t remember, it might be time to schedule one. The 365 Cancer Prevention Society’s #My1stPapTest campaign is back, running until 15 March 2025. Now in its second year, this annual initiative offers seven free cancer and health screenings to help empower individuals to take control of their health through early detection. The #My1stPapTest is available to women aged 25 to 69 who are sexually active or have been, and who hold a valid blue or orange CHAS card or a Public Assistance card. To sign up, eligible individuals can register on the 365CPS website.

Van Gogh and Gustav Klimt’s Immersive Exhibition (22 January onwards)

Ever dreamed of stepping into Van Gogh’s Starry Night, Klimt’s The Kiss, or Monet’s Water Lilies? This January, GROUNDSEESAW Singapore is bringing these masterpieces to life in a breathtaking 360° immersive art experience. Harry Potter: Visions of Magic (From 22 November)

Potterheads, this one’s for you! The long-awaited Harry Potter: Visions of Magic interactive art exhibition will be opening its doors this Friday, 22 November. At the exhibition, fans will be treated to 10 exciting and immersive spaces that will transport you to the wizarding world of magic. Inspired by some of the most iconic scenes from Harry Potter including two never-before-seen environments, like The Chamber of Secrets and The Trap Door. Cast your spells with your interactive wands and watch as the world of magic unravels before you. At the end of exhibit, be sure to swing by the retail store to grab some Harry Potter merch like their mystery wand boxes, or head straight to the Butterbeer bar to grab a cold one before ending your experience.

The Art of Banksy: Without Limits Exhibition (from 5 December)

If you’ve always been fascinated by Banksy’s works, then you’ll be glad to know that the acclaimed international exhibition The Art of Banksy: Without Limits is now in Singapore. Bringing the spirit of street art to an immersive exhibition close to you, the pop-up will house several experiential zones, which will see over 200 artworks such as certified originals, prints, photos, sculptures, installations, murals, and more. One of the highlights is the debut of a Walled Off Hotel style lobby, drawing inspiration from Banksy’s 2017 boutique hotel exhibition of the same name. Other must-sees include the “Dismaland” installations, the iconic “Phone Booth” sculpture, as well as a completely immersive “infinity room” full of mirrors and projections of Banksy’s artworks.

Sneaker Con SEA (22 to 23 February)

Sneakerheads, this one’s for you. Sneaker Con SEA is making its grand return this weekend from 22nd to 23rd February. Taking over Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre, the event will see an extended lineup of special guests who will be gracing the different meet-and-greets and panel discussions. Boasting over 200 vendors, the event will showcase some of the most exciting selections of streetwear and exclusive sneakers for you to get your hands, alongside new launches and the return of “The Trading Pit” where attendees can buy, sell and trade their sneakers.

Singapore Cat Carnival (22 to 23 February)

Calling all cat lovers! Get ready for a purr-fect weekend at the Singapore Cat Festival, happening from 22 to 23 February at the Marina Bay Sands Convention Centre. This exciting event promises a flurry of feline-focused fun for cat owners and enthusiasts alike.

Immerse yourself in a world of cats as you explore a diverse range of activities and attractions. Sunset Boulevard (7 to 23 February)

Sarah Brightman is back on stage after 30 years, bringing her powerful voice to the iconic Sunset Boulevard by Andrew Lloyd Webber. This stunning musical, also penned by the mastermind behind Phantom of the Opera, tells the tragic tale of Norma Desmond, a former silent film star, and her ill-fated love affair with screenwriter Joe Gillis. 

Sunset Boulevard had its world premiere at London’s Adelphi Theatre on July 12th 1993. The show received its American premiere in December 1993 at the Shubert Theatre in Los Angeles starring Glenn Close as Norma Desmond. The show subsequently opened on Broadway at the Minskoff Theatre in November 1994 with the highest advance ticket sales in Broadway history at the time. The original Broadway production won six Tony Awards of the eleven Tony Awards for which it was nominated including Best Musical, Best Original Score and Best Book.

Valentines Dinner at HighHouse and Single’s Day Party at NOVA (14 and 15 February)

If you’re boo’d up and looking to celebrate the romantic holiday this Valentine’s Day, swing by HighHouse and enjoy their six-course Valentine’s Day dinner special. For starters, you can expect mouthwatering dishes like the South African Abalone, Hokkaido Scallops Tartare and King Crab & Foie Gras Dumpling, before indulging in mains like Patagonian Tooth Fish with brown miso butter and Miyazaki A5 Wagyu Striploin with black winter truffles. To make the night extra special, diners will be treated to live performances by dancers in cupid-themed costumes, percussionists, and live DJs, as well as a roving mentalist who will be doing some live mind-reading activities. Each table will also be given a Question Card Game which allows couples to test how well they know each other.

Alternatively, those who are single and ready to mingle can head up to NOVA, for its Single’s Day Party. Here, they can expect a Love Language Booth where they can complete fun tasks with someone of their choice - think playful dares, free drinks and maybe even a game of seven minutes in heaven. To get the party going, NOVA will also have DJs like Mr Boo and LI.A & KNRCK will be dishing out some groovy tunes from hip-hop to house music throughout the night.

Valentine’s Day Sunset Cruise (14 February)

This Valentine’s Day, enjoy a quick escape onboard this special Valentine’s Day Sunset Cruise. As you cruise along the Southern Islands, you’ll enjoy a peaceful picnic on board which includes a Valentine’s exclusive picnic set for two, paired with mini bottles of sparkling wine and a hand bouquet for each couple. Happening at Sentosa from 15 to 16 February, the event will see a vibrant marketplace featuring pet-centric goodies and unique crafts from local vendors, along with fun games and friendly contests that both dogs and their owners can join. Plus, there’ll be themed photo spots and chill zones where you and your pet can relax and unwind together. HOKA has just unveiled its latest reiteration of its beloved silhouette the Bondi 9. And what better way to experience the shoe than at their pop-up that’s happening from the 5th to the 16th of February? Located at Ngee Ann City Outdoor Space, opposite Luckin Coffee, the pop-up will give fans a first-hand experience of the new shoe as well as enjoy exclusive perks, including special passes to redeem exclusive gift-with-purchase offers.

For the unacquainted. the Bondi 9’s are a refreshed version of the original fan-favourite, that’s well-loved for its ultra-cushioned design, perfect for your everyday runs. Chinese New Year at Universal Studios Singapore (22 January to 12 February)

Bring your little ones out to play at Universal Studios Singapore this February. As part of the Lunar New Year festivities, Universal Studios Singapore is ushering the Year of the Snake with a slew of exciting activities for the young and the young at heart.

Tag along with Po and Tigress as they bring good fortune to the park, complete with lucky fortune cookies and plenty of festive cheer. Don’t forget to snap a pic with your favorite characters dressed in their Lunar New Year best!

Light to Night Singapore 2025 (17 January to 6 February)

As the marquee event of Singapore Art Week, Light to Night Singapore is back to light up the streets of Singapore from 17 January to 6 February. This year, the beloved festival invites you to explore the theme “Do You See Me?”—a thought-provoking celebration of our diverse, multifaceted identities through the lens of visionary local artists. With a special focus on amplifying perspectives from lesser-seen communities, the festival encourages visitors to “see and be seen” in a meaningful dialogue about identity and connection.

At the event, happening at the Civic District, you can expect over 70 dazzling artworks and programmes, including mesmerising projection mappings on iconic landmarks like the National Gallery, as well as immersive large-scale art installations, and interactive public events.

Light to Night Singapore 2025 is located at various locations within the Civic District.
