Go see the new Diehard.
The guy from Moonlighting plays a tough as nails NYC cop who has to save the world with the help of the Mac guy from the Mac vs. PC commercials. Seth Bullock from Deadwood shaved his moustache and sends the country into computer meltdown.
Unlike the first Diehard, there is no appearance from Vigo from Ghostbusters II, Genghis Khan from Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure, Snape or Carl Winslow from Family Matters, but it’s still an ACTION PACKED THRILL RIDE.
It’s great. Go see Bruce Willis being more badass than every guy ever.
And the chick who plays his pistol of a daughter is pretty cute as well.
UPDATE: Hell on Earth progress. One of the most difficult things for me is to paint the illusion that something is illuminated. Neon signs are ridiculous. I’m starting to understand that layering is the way to go. Check out Mr. Peanut. He may be my first example of an illuminated sign that I’ve been somewhat happy with.
