A handy list of tie-dyes to die for

When it comes to spring/summer trends, we're always on the hunt for an alternative to florals, something groundbreaking. So when the tie-dye trend resurfaced on the SS '20 runways, we couldn't be more thrilled. No longer solely associated with the bygone era of '70s hippie fashion and '90s DIY projects, the tie-dye is back on modern silhouettes like pencil skirts (Stella McCartney) and safari jackets (Dior).

Celebs can't seem to get enough of it too - Ashley Tisdale, Gigi Hadid, and Lady Gaga's tie-dye sweats are some serious #loungeweargoals. Perhaps it's all that time we're spending at home, but the tie-dye seems to be scratching our itch to get crafty and creative (if you choose to DIY the trend), and to inject a splash of colour back into our lives. Here are some of our favourite tie-dye runway looks, and similar options from $30.
