Willabelle Ong has debuted her latest venture, OME, a home care brand reimagined to elevate the everyday essentials in your home.
As a woman excelling in the creative industry in Singapore, Willabelle’s attention to detail shines through in this thoughtfully curated line, which aims to enhance the aesthetic and functionality of the often overlooked essentials in our homes. She believes strongly that “home is a sanctuary where we devote our time and thoughts. Yet, beautiful spaces struggle to inspire when they are cluttered with unsightly home care products.”
OME introduces four beautifully crafted products – hand wash, dish wash, surface cleaner, and hand mist – that are not only effective but beautifully designed to fit seamlessly into any home.
Drawing inspiration from the Japanese philosophy of Kodawari, or the pursuit of perfection, and the serene beauty of Lake Biwa, Willabelle spent two years perfecting the brand’s formulations and design. Manufactured in Japan in collaboration with a local company with over 75 years of history, OME’s products are crafted using 100% pure essential oils and are free from unnecessary additives, striking a balance between tradition and innovation.
Sustainability also plays a key role in OME’s philosophy as it takes a conscious approach to long term eco-responsibility. The products are packaged in 99% post-consumer recycled plastic bottles, and the refills are designed for at least two cycles, minimizing waste. The flat, regular-shaped bottles also optimize shipping efficiency, reducing the brand’s overall carbon footprint.
